In this section we consider the ways in which you, as an individual and as a member of the organisation in which you work, can help to positively support equality and diversity and promote best practice, based upon your knowledge and understanding of the law.

It will also give a number of case studies, some of which will require a lot of consideration as they are quite complicated. Hence there is no multiple choice end test. There is also a "Further Information and Contacts" section at the end of this unit.
